Add on Booth Personnel

Each booth rental includes meals for one person. If your booth will have additional personnel in attendance
that are not registered for the annual conference, there is an additional fee to cover meal costs.

NWEA Conference Additional Booth Personnel (Mar 21 – Tues, Mar 22) - $200

NWEA Conference Booths (Mar 21 – Tues, Mar 22) $400

Includes (1) 6 ft x 6 ft booth with power
- Set up and tear down details:
- Move-in: Monday March 20 (3 PM)
- Move-out: Tues, March 22 (6 PM)

If exhibiting Mon-Thu, booth placement will remain the same all week
