2023 NWEA Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
1. General Sponsorships:
All general sponsorships include company logo in slides during awards ceremony, the conference program, and on the website.

1 sponsor	1a. Gold	$2,000	Logo on conference lanyards, 1/2 page marketing opportunity in conference program, 2 registrations, ice breaker reception sponsor (logo at bar and tables), 2 bowling event registrations.
1 sponsor	1b. Silver	$1,200	1/4 page marketing opportunity in the conference program, 1 registration, bowling dinner sponsor (logos on lane tables at bowling event), 1 bowling event registration.
1 sponsor	1c. Bronze	$700	1/4 page marketing opportunity in the conference program, 1 registration, 1 bowling event registration.
2. Individual Activity Sponsorships

Up to 3 sponsors	2b. WIW Scholarship	$500	100% of sponsorship is for a scholarship presented to a current female student with an ambition of embarking on a career in water. Opportunity includes presentation of scholarship at the Women in Water Breakfast event as well as recognition in the next biannual NWEA magazine publication (The Water Spot) with photos.
1 sponsor	2c. Bowling Event	$750	Large standing logo at lanes (at least 2), 2 registrations to the event.
Up to 8 sponsors	2d. Swag Sponsor	$500	Choice of company branded item to be raffled at registration via swag wheel. Contact NWEA for approved items and coordination.
1 sponsor	2e. Student Poster	$1,000	100% of sponsorship is for scholarship awards to the top three winners of the student poster competition (1st, 2nd, 3rd place awarded $500, $300, $200 respectively). Opportunity includes presentation of awards during icebreaker reception and recognition in the next biannual NWEA magazine publication (The Water Spot) with photos.
